If you have a cold or a flu you are better off staying home to rest and recover rather than working out at the gym. During the busy times of the day make sure that you are not spending too long on the cardio machines and not giving someone else a turn. Some gyms will even have a limit on cardio sessions during peak times, so make sure that you adhere to this. Avoid Heavy Fragrances
We know that you want to smell nice, but wearing too much perfume or cologne can be distracting for other gym goers and can sometimes even trigger allergic reactions in individuals. Always take the weights off your bar so that the other person after you doesn’t have to remove your weights before they can begin.
